Binding Herb Bundles in the Frauendreissiger

FLORA meets Sarah Wisniewski.

In mid-August the Frauendreißiger begins (the thirty days from 15 August), the time when the power of
medicinal herbs is at its strongest. We gather and bind herb bundles, learn something about the origins
of this special season and make healing preparations for the home medicine cabinet.
